I’m pretty sure that I was a mouse in a past life, because I love cheese. Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, some fancy sheep’s milk cheese that I only have when my little brother brings it over, pretty much any cheese except blue cheese. Sorry, I just cant get behind cheese that purposely looks moldy and smells like feet. The point is, cheese is good, and when eaten in moderation, it’s good for you. That’s why Sargento made the Fridge Packs- convenient packages of cheese sticks that stand up perfectly in your fridge, making it easy to grab something healthy when the snack monster strikes.

The idea behind the Sargento Fridge Pack is simple- people tend to eat what they see. If you open up your refrigerator and the first thing you see is a big hunk of cake, your brain is going to scream “eat that cake!!” But if you open it up and see an array of healthy options, your brain will say “hey, that looks good.” So Sargento is challenging everyone to clean out their fridges and put those healthy choices right up front.

Now, I’m going to be perfectly honest with you- I didn’t clean the whole fridge. We’re having a party this weekend, and there is a lot of stuff crammed in there. But I did clean the top shelf to make room for my Sargento Fridge Packs. They’re now front and center. See:

Sargento Fridge Packs come in three different flavors: Light String Cheese, Colby-Jack (which I’m munching on right now), and Mild Cheddar. I love them because they are 100% natural and never processed. They’re also really portable, so I can grab one and go. I’ve been having random weird low blood sugar issues lately, and my aunt (an RN who also suffers from hypoglycemic episodes) recommended eating something with protein, such as string cheese, and having the Fridge Packs front and center really helps. They taste great too, but then it’s Sargento, they’ve always made excellent cheese.
