Next Day Flyers is an online printing company that works hard to get your order done fast so you can get them quickly, sometimes as early as the next day (hence the name). I was given the opportunity to review their sticker printing service, so I made holiday ones to go with my Christmas cards.I plan to stick them on the back of the envelope, and made them to match the picture on the card.
The process for creating the order is fairly simple, or at least it was supposed to be. I goofed it up big time, which actually worked out well because it gave me a chance to experience their customer service. I’ll get to that in a minute. For the review, I had to upload my own graphic. I could have used their design studio, which is pretty easy to work with, but I wanted to make my own design entirely. I made my sticker, uploaded, and waited. About an hour later, I received a message that the image had problems (too small, no bleed area, border too thin). I didn’t have time to fix it, so I put it off until the next day. I received a call from customer service asking if they could help me with it. The man I spoke to (I should have gotten his name, but I forgot) was really awesome. He was helpful and explained to me where I went wrong. I’m not even remotely decent with graphics, so he told me that if I could fix the resolution problem, he could fix the rest. He was incredibly patient when I asked him to explain it to me like three times.
Well, I thought I fixed the resolution problem, but it turns out I got it wrong the second time too. This was entirely my fault, because apparently I can’t follow directions when it comes to dimensions. The third try was a charm though, I just uploaded something much bigger than it had to be and they shrunk it for me. Two days later, my stickers were on my doorstep. They came out really great, and I’m very pleased with the entire process, from all the help they gave me during the ordering stage to the speed in which my stickers arrived to the final product itself.

Well darn it for living in Canada. xD I was wondering, do you know if Next Day Flyers ship to Canada? I searched on their website and couldn’t find any information on their shipping process.
