Well, I wasn’t because I know I don’t get out enough, but even those who think they’re fairly fit will find they can stand room for improvement.
Throughout the book, you’ll learn how to readjust your attitude and make fitness a part of your daily life rather than a chore to complete if you have spare time. Let’s face it, none of us have spare time! The exercises are easy to follow and don’t require you to go out and buy a whole gym of equipment. I really appreciated that because if I could afford gym equipment, I could afford to just go to the gym and wouldn’t need so much help!
Maher will tell even tell you how to burn fat while you’re sleeping and which one exercise is most beneficial to losing belly fat. Throughout the book, you can read personal stories from moms that he’s helped over the years, if you enjoy that sort of thing. To be honest, I skipped them because when I’m reading a reference or resource book like this, I just want the facts and tips. Overall it’s an easy read that will have you well on your way to a better lifestyle in no time.
