I love to collect recipes, even though I rarely actually cook anything. It’s strange, I know, but I have more cookbooks than I can count, and my Good Food Pinterest board is overflowing with recipes that look amazing, and that I will someday try. Given my fascination for collecting recipes, reviewing the Cook’n Recipe Organizer seemed like a great idea. Turns out it was, and for more reasons than just the actual intended features of collecting and organizing recipes.
See, while I am a horrific cook, I am a fairly decent bath and body product crafter, especially when it comes to bath salts. The Cook’n Recipe Organizer allows you to capture recipes from the internet, and it doesn’t limit you to just food-based recipes. While I’m using it to actually find meals I may be able to create, I also set up a whole category just for bath and body recipes.

Since Sal is a culinary genius, I will definitely get use out of the actual food recipes as well. With the meal planner, I can actually plan out a week’s worth of meals and get the ingredients all at once, rather than running down to the store every single day near dinner time. Here’s a look at the Menu Planner:
It’s so easy to create a weekly menu. Just pick the category, drag a recipe, and drop it under the appropriate heading. The cookbook included with the download comes with dozens of recipes under every heading. It even has tasty beverages! For more information on all the cool features, check out this video:
