If you love Harry Potter, you probably know and love the butterscotch-esque drink known as Butterbeer. And because those at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Florida know their guests love the treat so much, they decided to create a bit more magic for them: butterbeer ice cream.

That’s right, Butterbeer ice cream has arrived just in time for summer at Universal Studios Hollywood. And while it tastes like the coveted drink, this treat is a hard pack ice cream that blends the flavors of shortbread and butterscotch. The new frozen dessert is offered alongside some other Potter-themed treats in the park like Butterbeer potted cream and Butterbeer fudge.

The treat will be served at a number of carts in Hogsmeade and at the Three Broomsticks tavern. CBS reports that Universal Studios posted news of the treat on their Facebook page and hundreds of fans have commented with excitement. While this is a new dessert, fans can still enjoy the frozen and hot Butterbeer beverages they know and love.

June is the month when the most ice cream is produced. But just because the most ice cream is made during the sixth month of the year doesn’t mean fans can get their hands on butterbeer ice cream all year long. Until August 19, fans can attend a nightly light and music show at Hogwarts Castle with a scoop of Butterbeer ice cream in tow. Along with the nightly show, “students” can roam the park casting spells, meeting characters, and they even have the opportunity to buy their own wands.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter was created after the development of the large Potter fandom. The original book in the series “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” was published more than 20 years ago. Who would have imagined that today, fans from all over the world could enjoy a piece of their childhoods brought to life? With Butterbeer ice cream, that piece of childhood just got a little sweeter.
