I am nearly four months through the Nutrisystem Success For Women plan and decided to stay on an extra three months. I’ll admit, I was a little worried about burning out on the foods in the plan, but with so much variety it’s pretty easy to switch things up every day and not get bored. Even someone as picky as me can find a wide variety of options to choose from for each meal. Did you know that there are over 130 different foods in the Nutrisystem plan for women? That’s a lot of different choices!
To compare it to my eating habits prior to starting the Nutrisystem plan, I thought about the meals I ate on a regular basis. Considering that I can’t cook, my basic weekly menu consisted of approximately ten different meals that I alternated between every other week. Macaroni and Cheese, Spaghetti, and some sort of boxed dinner were regulars on my list. Breakfast usually consisted of coffee because I was too busy to make anything real. Lunch didn’t exist, again because I was always busy writing at that time. So basically, I’ve expanded my options several times over! Turns out I have less of a chance of burning out on the Nutrisystem plan than I did on the foods I ate in my former diet. That’s pretty good news to me!
