Okay, I’m going to be totally honest here: I know nothing about meat because I only eat chicken and turkey, and even that still makes me feel guilty sometimes. Sal says the hot dogs are excellent, and that they have an earthy taste. I asked him to clarify, because to me that means “dirt,” but he said no, they were just earthy. I have no idea what that means, but he said it was good. He also tried the ground beef and the New York Strip, both of which he enjoyed immensely. The New York Strip did cook a bit faster than factory-farmed steaks, and according to Crafting Your Meal on the Prescott Frost website, this is because grass fed beef cooks up to 30% faster than corn-fed beef.
