I have a confession to make: I love frozen pizza! To be specific, I love Ellio’s frozen pizza. Maybe it’s the sentimental side of me, but Ellio’s has been around since I was little and I’ve eaten it throughout every stage of my life. When I was a kid and my mom worked all day while she was raising two kids by herself, she’d make a lot of “convenient” foods for dinner, including Ellio’s. When I was a teenager and friends spent the night, we’d make it on our own. In college (my one semester away), it cooked up perfectly in a toaster oven. When I was newly married and broke, it was an expensive meal. When I was pregnant with Jacob, I once had a meltdown because I was craving it so bad and dropped the last slice on the floor!
I’ve passed my love of Ellio’s on to Jacob, who is one of the pickiest eaters on the planet. Seriously, I never thought anyone could be pickier than me, but he is! We probably eat Ellio’s about once every ten days, sometimes more. A whole box is enough to feed a family of three for about $3. You can’t really beat that! I prefer plain cheese pizza, but sometimes I do throw a bit of turkey pepperoni on top. Jake likes pepperoni pizza, so that works out well for both of us. But really, the plain cheese is just fine on its own.
Ellio’s: A Quick, Convenient Meal That Everyone Will Love
Aside from the delicious flavor from the real mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomatoes, Ellio’s is awesome because it’s so convenient. Just preheat the oven, place the slices on a baking tray (or directly on the rack if you prefer, but I’ve lost too many slices that way!), bake for 9-12 minutes, and enjoy. I like to cut mine into thin strips, that way I feel like they’re lasting longer! Jake prefers his slice cut into threes slices.
Personalizing your Ellio’s is really easy since the slices are separate for the most part. If you’re like me and can’t stand having certain stuff touching your foods, this is a great thing! One family member can pile on all the weird topping they want, from anchovies to pineapple, while your slice remains pristine.

I like mine with cheese and mushrooms!
My family loves these!
I used to LOVE Ellio’s pizza as a kid. As I got older the more I ate it the fatter I became. Don’t eat pizza much now but when I do, I always eat Ellio’s. Thanks for this!
I like Elio’s Pepperoni Pizza.
