Black Rocks More Than Pink! A Pinterest Thowdown

I’m having a Pinterest Throwdown with Still Blonde After All These Years. She thinks pink is better than black. I’m here to argue otherwise! Check out both of our arguments, then cast your vote in the “Pink Versus Black Pinterest Throwdown.”

 

It’s called “the little BLACK dress” for a reason!

 

Contrary to popular belief, black cats are good luck. A pink cat, on the other hand, would be totally freaky! That’s my cat, Piper, by the way.

 

I just don’t think the classic black and white movies would have looked nearly as romantic if they were in pink and white, do you?

 

Without black, you couldn’t achieve this gorgeous smoky-eye look!

 

A black sky makes it easier to see the stars!

 

Darth Vader wouldn’t have been nearly as intimidating if he wore pink! (I had to throw this one in for my fanboy son, who likes the Dark Side just a little too much).

 

Black ink makes reading a whole lot easier. Theoretically, one could read a pink-ink book, but it wouldn’t be nearly as easy on the eyes!

 

 

Would that sweet little face be as cute without the signature black eyes? Although, admittedly, the pink tongue does add to the overall image, so partial points should go to my opponent. Hey, I’m fair!
