I love Iced Tea recipes! I’m not a big fan of plain water, but I can drink iced tea all day long, especially in the hot summer months. There is very little more refreshing! There are so many different ways to enjoy it, it’s impossible to get bored. I’ve rounded up a few awesome iced-tea recipes from some of my favorite bloggers (with permission, of course) to share with you so you can enjoy this delicious beverage all summer long. June is Iced-Tea Month, and I know I’m cutting it close with this post, but really, it’s a summer drink, not just a June drink!
Amazing Iced-Tea Recipes
Le Palais des Thes Afternoon at the Hammam – This one is actually from a post I did last year about the delicious Les Palais des Thes XL iced-tea bags. It’s an exotic flavor that will transport you away to Turkey with just one sip. The mixture of orange juice and other fruit juices along with the tea give it a rich flavor and texture.
Sparkling Lemonade Iced Tea and Honey Recipe from Simmworks Family Blog- I’ve always loved the Half & Half tea and lemonade, but I’ve never thought to try it sparkling! The honey flavoring also adds a nice extra kick of sweetness. Plus, this recipe is super easy to make!
I’m not a big drinker, but I’ve always wanted to try Sangria. With The Rebel Chick’s Lipton Tea & Honey Sangria Mocktail, I can try it any time without worrying about driving later! There’s no alcohol in this mocktail- just a lot of tea and fruity goodness.
JadeLouise Designs always comes up with such amazing recipes, and her Raspberry Mint Tea recipe is definitely amazing. It’s incredibly easy to make, and the use of real raspberries give it an extra boost of both flavor and nutritional value! In the same post, she also has a great recipe for a throat-soothing tea.
Another great idea for a mocktail, this Apple Cider Tea Mocktail from East 9th Street combines apple cider and tea for a nice kick that will definitely help you kick back and relax this summer! While the recipe is for the hot version, just chill it and serve it over ice for the summer.
If you love tea and lemonade together, try this new twist on the classic with How Was Your Day’s Passion Tea Lemonade at Home recipe. Not only does Greta share a great recipe, but a very valuable tip about chalkboard glasses!
For something totally different than the average iced tea recipes, check out Honey Rhubarb Iced Tea from This Mama Loves Her Bargains! I would never have thought to put rhubarb in iced tea. Love it!
If you’re looking for more Sangria without the alcohol, check out Rural Mom’s Lipton Black Tea Sangria. While it’s technically a holiday recipe, it’s perfect for those hot summer days too. The combination of tea, grape juice and other fruits sounds so refreshing!
I can’t leave out delicious Green Tea in a list of iced tea recipes! Thankfully, Jinxy Knows Best has us covered with her amazing Pomegranate Lemon Green Sun Tea recipe. Sun tea is definitely one of the yummiest ways to enjoy iced tea in the summer!
