We received free samples and goodies from Just for Men through Smiley360 in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are our own.
My darling boyfriend, Sal, was good enough to volunteer his face up for a little Just For Men Mustache and Beard experimentation. See, he’s still pretty young at 35, but his beard is starting to show his age a bit more lately. He’s got a few greys in there! Actually, he has a bit of every color in there, but the greys are relatively new. We kind of joked that he needed some Just For Men Mustache and Beard, so it was pretty coincidental when the email came in asking if I wanted to review it. Or maybe it was just some bizarre twist of fate? In any case, I asked Sal if he wanted to try it out and he said yes, so here we are!
Take a look at the “before” picture. Sal would only let me do the bottom half of his face for this one. You can see his full handsomeness in the after picture, though!
Okay, so you need a little background info to understand why we went with the color we did. See, I don’t know if you can tell, but Sal has like 5 different colors in his beard. A lot of red, yes, but also different shades of brown, a few really dark browns and, of course, the grey. The hair on his head, however, is almost black. I love his unique beard, but Just For Men Mustache and Beard doesn’t really make a “patchwork” color, so we had to pick one.
We decided on the dark brown to match his head. Also because they don’t make red. This is really the only thing we were kind of sad about. Using Just For Men Mustache and Beard to color a beard is soooo much easier than it is to dye my own hair. When I dye my hair, I have to spend 20 minutes coating a massive head of hair, then 25 minutes waiting for it to work, then 20 minutes trying to rinse it out every last strand of hair (did I mention I have a ton of hair?). With Just for Men, it took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Take a look at the “after” photo:
No more greys! Here’s a big, important tip, though: when the instructions say NO MORE than 5 minutes, pay attention. We left it on just a smidge too long, which is why it’s so dark. Also, make sure you get ALL the hair! Sal waiting until we were done to shave, which is a good idea. I missed big patches at first and we had to do it a second time getting just those patches. It’s really easy to apply, you just need to pay closer attention than I did.

I love how well it works. We have used the regular for my husband. He loves it.
That first picture so reminded me of my hubby. I was complaining about some grey hairs in my head and he pointed out to me the greys in his beard.
Oh this looks like it works so well!!! Sounds great!
I never heard of this, but this is something that my friend’s dad needs to try out. He is in his 60’s and was recently laid off from his job. It’s difficult to interview when you are older sometimes, so we were thinking of ideas to help make him look younger. This product is sooooooo perfect!
Just for Men should be researched first! Lots of men, including myself have received chemical burns from it. Be weary, it took a few months but eventually it turned on me. Good luck!

The product recommendations and step-by-step guidance were super helpful. My guy followed the advice, and his beard has never looked better.
