9 Instagram Feeds With Amazing Healthy Food Inspiration

@SkinnyTaste

So I have to admit, I’ve been a really long time fan of @skinnytaste way before I was on Instagram. I am always happy to see her twists on all my old favorite recipes plus plenty of new ideas too! Not only are her recipes healthy, she also includes Weight Watchers points.

@rachels.healthy.home_ww

The handle may be long, but  @rachels.healthy.home_ww knows her food! Her plates make you want to dive right in with your spoon. Just try to hold yourself back, I always get a clunking sound as my spoon hits the phone.

@ForkAndBeans

Whether you have food allergies, or just love to look at super cute food, @forkandbeans should be on your list. Her food always is drool-worthy, and there are plenty of options to keep on track! This feed will make you smile for sure!

@fitmencook

While I love the images @fitmencook post, my real love is for their simple but tasty recipe videos. This bilingual feed won’t disappoint in helping your stay on track and full of protein!

@Weelicious

I have been reading recipes from Weelicious ever since my kid was tiny, but this account seems to always be stepping up. As her own kids have grown she is now posting more healthy family style recipes and has a steady stream of inspirational smoothies. Watch for her regular market shops in her Instagram stories, and for her adorable little one sucking down the smoothies in real time!

@smoothiebowls

While I will never claim to be a smoothie artist. While I can slide and dice fruit in an artistic way, if you want to see overflowing bowls of beautiful colorful smoothies, you need to follow @smoothiebowls. Gosh, all these pictures make me want to pull out my blender more often!

@kalememaybe

You know it’s going to be good when the handle starts with a joke! @kalememaybe will fill your feed with delicious ideas. You can expect lots of protein packed eggs, beautiful veggies and some of the best toast toppers around. She has amazing inspiration to fill your feed with the good stuff.
