I can only think of Magnum, P.I.
Magnum PI of course!
Harry Dresden from Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files
Magnum PI rules
I always loved EA Hass’s Incognito Mosquito books.
Magnum PI is my favorite
I am an avid reader of mystery books….this one sounds fabulous
I would always watch Magnum PI too….he was so handsome, still is
magnum pi cute!
I like the Sue Grafton series but that’s not really PI.
sue Grafton’s Kinsey Millhone
Maybe not the best all-time, but I always loved to watch Moonlighting.
I like Poirot and other set in the 20’s and 30’s
Does “Murder, She Wrote” count?
Murder She Wrote
Magnum of course
NOt sure what PI? Never watched
Can’t wait to read this book
I like the Sue Grafton series.
I am not sure.
Sherlock Holmes and Holmes/his young wife in the Bee Keepers series
I always loved Magnum.
Rockford Files with Magnum PI and Simon & Simon tied for a very close second.
Is this a trick question..? 🙂 am I supposed to say..burr Ashland ? I think Sookie Stachouse, makes a pretty good impromptu investigator but I have to go with Sherlock Holmes because its the earliest PI I can think of and it’s a fun read!
V. I. Warshawski
Magnum P.i. because he was so handsome. Peter Gunn just because that theme song was so cool.
the greatest Private Investigator of all times. I would say Sherlock Holmes. I like Hercule Poirot, Miss Marple and more recently Kinsey Milhoune.
Gotta go with Magnum PI
My favorite PI series of all time are still the Nancy Drew books. She wasn’t really a “PI”, but the concept was the same. I read all of those as a child, and they really stayed with me.
Sherlock Holmes of course
I say Miss Marple! You just can’t beat Agatha Christie even though, technically speaking Miss Marple isn’t exactly a PI …
I am a fan of a good old fashioned Sherlock holmes mystery 🙂
Sherlock Holmes, no doubt.
Angela Landsbury in Murder She Wrote
mary higgins clarke
Sherlock holmes is my favorite!! Ive read them all.
