Schoola Yick Wo

Remember about two weeks ago I shared with you how you can help Yick Wo school get an amazing art program? Well, I wanted to take a few minutes to remind you that we’re still trying to raise funds for them. I also wanted to refresh your memory about Schoola, a fantastic place to buy gently used clothes for your kids! In case you missed it, here are a few details to bring you up to date.

Back to school shopping made easy with Schoola

Schoola works in two ways to help you AND your school.

  • As a place to buy gently used clothes at affordable prices. With finds under $5, “new with tags” collections and more, you can find the most stylish name-brand clothes for your child at a fraction of the retail price. This is incredibly handy for parents who don’t really have the money to buy tons of brand new clothes! For every transaction made through my Schoola link, $1 will go to helping Yo Wick get their art program.
  • As a donation site to repurpose your child’s gently worn clothes. Give back to others and repurpose your child’s clothes by cleaning out your closet! Schoola will send you a donation bag so you can give those clothes to them. The money raised goes to supporting schools like Yo Wick. You can also designate a school to receive the funds! For every person who requests a Schoola donation bag via that link, Schoola will donate $1 to Yo Wick.

Finding the cutest styles at Schoola

Schoola has all the biggest name brands at an itty bitty fraction of the price. Jake has to wear collared shirts this year to school. We don’t really have ANY of those. I’m miserable about the idea of uniforms, and I refuse to spend a lot of money on stuff that he doesn’t even want to wear. Thank goodness for Schoola! I am in the process of ordering from them and will update with pictures, but take a look at what I’m considering:

While Jacob isn’t typically a polo shirt fan, even I have to admit that these are pretty darn cute! I’ll also be able to pick up some pants for him as well. The best part? I could get all four of those shirts for about $20! Where else can you find deals like that?
