They’re super creamy and soft, with yummy layers of soft graham crackers and sweet-cheesy topping. They’re perfect as is, any time of the day. Just tear open the package and enjoy! 
If you want to get fancy with your Fiber One Cheesecake Bars, you can also add a little sliced fruit and non-fat whipped cream! I suggest slicing the fruit thin. For the Strawberry Cheesecake bars, I added two thin slices of strawberries, then filled in the gaps with a dollop of whipped cream. 
I love that with Fiber One Cheesecake Bars, I can have a sweet, sweet taste of one of my favorite desserts with only 150 calories. Plus I get 20% of my daily value of fiber in every bar. They’re just right for any time of day, but I enjoy them most at night, when my sweet cravings really kick in. I do most of my snacking at night. I know it’s not the best thing for you, but I am usually too busy during the day to snack. Once I stop working, I realize that I really want something sweet. Salted Caramel is my favorite Fiber one bar. Ever since I found out that Fiber one started making these bars, I have wanted to eat them every day! They taste so delicious, and do not have tons of calories. I think your bar looks cute!
