When offered the chance to try out Tastefully Simple’s fall lineup of pumpkin goodies, I practically screamed “yes!” I love anything with pumpkin in it. Not just pumpkin spice, but any flavor of pumpkin. I’ve tried Tastefully Simple products before, courtesy of my good friend and rep, Adelina Rosa, so I knew they’d be great!
Before I share the three different pumpkin treats I tried, I want to tell you quickly why I love Tastefully Simple. As a single mom, I have very little time after working long hours to support my son, helping Jake with homework, picking him up from hanging out with his friends (apparently they don’t call them “play dates” at 10), and finding time to shower. I’m not an elaborate meal cooker. Even if I had an extra two hours a day, I don’t have the skills to cook elaborate foods. I can make maybe three things well, and that’s about it. I can also bake desserts pretty well, but until they find a way to shove all the nutritional value of carrots into cake, that’s not really going to help feed my family.
Tastefully Simple makes it super easy to feed your family delicious foods that taste like they were made from scratch, but only require maybe two or three ingredients to create. If you do want to get a little fancier, they always have recipes to go along with their products to take it a step further, but again, they’re super simple.
I wanted to capture the heart of “Simple” with these pumpkin treats. You can enjoy them as is, right out of the box or bag with just the basic instructions and extra ingredients. You can also take them a step further and get creative, like I did with the Pumpkin Spice Latte Drink.
White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Popcorn
I saw a great recipe for Pumpkin Pecan Spiced Popcorn on the Tastefully Simple website and I was going to give that a try. But pecans are super expensive right now in my area for some reason (are they always that much???). So I decided to try something a little different! This recipe literally takes one minute longer than the amount of time required to pop the popcorn!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Tastefully Simple Pumpkin Spice Latte Drink
- 1 bag microwave popcorn (we used regular butter, but you can use extra butter if you prefer, of Kettle Corn for a sweeter kick)
- 6 oz (half a normal sized bag) of white chocolate chips
How to make:
- Get out your popcorn bowl and pour about half the white chocolate chips on the bottom.
- Pop the popcorn and immediately pour it into the bowl
- Dump the rest of the white chocolate chips on top and shake like a mad woman, careful not to shake so hard that you spill popcorn. You want the heat to melt the chips and the shaking to distribute them, which it will if you do it when the popcorn is RIGHT out of the microwave.
- Toss one tablespoon of the latte mix, shake, then toss on the rest, shake.
Now, you have two choices. You can either eat it hot with gooey, melty white chocolate, or you can let it cool so it makes clusters. Both ways are delicious!
I also tried the Pumpkin Patch Bread Mix. Just add water and an egg, and within an hour you have amazing pumpkin bread! I think it tastes perfect topped with sweet cream cheese. To make, just mix one 8oz package of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, then stir and whip with a fork until combined.
You can also get totally pumpkin wild and top it with the Pumpkin Spice Cheese Ball mixture, but I like to save that to savor all by itself. While you can do like a million beautiful things with that cheese ball- including making no-bake cheesecakes- I love the Tastefully Simple Cheese Balls too much to do anything except devour them as is.
Head over to Tastefully Simple and check out all three of these amazing pumpkin goodies to enjoy as is or get creative with! While you’re there, shop around and see what else pops out at you! You’ll find everything from soups to seasonings! I actually have a few things on my own wishlist right now, like that Cheesy Quinoa Soup Mix and the Grasshopper Frozen Drink Mix. Oh, and the Ice-Cream Salt Trio is on sale under Sales & Specials. That stuff is so good on ice-cream and fruit! So browse around and check everything out! The pumpkin stuff is just the tip of the iceberg!
Have you tried any of the Tastefully Simple pumpkin goodies yet? Which is your favorite?

I love pumpkin season! I have a friend who sells Tastefully Simple. I’ve never tried the products, but I probably should.
I first fell in love with Tastefully Simple in the late 90’s. I can’t think of any product I’ve tried since then that I didn’t like. They offer items that make putting together a delicious meal quick, easy and affordable. I recently tried the Pumpkin Spice Cheese Ball Mix. It was SO GOOD even my picky-eater helped to devout it…with Tastefully Simple’s Twisty Grahams, of course!
*devour, not devout lol oops
I think it’s a good idea to add the chocolate chips. I bet this is delicious.
I am salty popcorn addict but not so much into sweet popcorn, mostly I tried popcorn with some vanilla sugar or something like that, didn’t like it even though I like vanilla. But I will try this or at least white chocolate mixed with hot popcorn, looking forward to it.
This sounds great. I have never added any kind of chocolate to popcorn or latte mix but sounds divine.
Oh I am loving this, pumpkin spice is one of my favorite to smell, drink ,eat and scrub my body with lol 🙂 I will have to give this a try, never thought about adding any of this to my popcorn which I have every night 😉 Looking forward to this and with chocolate to boot )
