Bears for Humanity: The Teddy Bear That Changes the World
My favorite pair of shoes has a “buy one give one” mission to help those in need with every purchase. You hear about these types of brands here and there, but how about with plush toys for kids? Bears for Humanity is a company out of Northern California that does just that. Not only do they give plush animals to children in need with every one purchased, but they manufacture these animals out of certified organic materials and provide jobs to at-risk mothers, fathers, and caregivers who and sew and stuff each bear right here in the U.S. In order to give to so many, Bears for Humanity partners with organizations like Toys for Tots, Save the Children, and Semper Fi Fund.
The Organic Stuffed Panda is one of many plush animals in the Animal Pals collection by Bears for Humanity. It’s a 12” by 4.5” plush panda with floppy arms and legs. Our panda was made with certified organic cotton, stuffed with recycled materials, and is completely hypoallergenic. It even came with a tag to name our new pal and document the date of adoption.
You can see that the Organic Stuffed Panda is very soft and snuggly. Vi quickly added it to the team of stuffed animals that she gathers on her bed at night or plays house with during the day. Overall this is a quality plush animal and it would make a great socially conscious gift. These plush bears and Animal Pals are something you can give to new parents or to your children without concern for chemicals or irritants.
