So when you watch this video, it has a lot of ingredients. The great thing about salads though is you can easily omit ingredients and still have a fantastic dinner. I like how many options and ideas this video gives me for adding to my Greek salad, and the dressing is delicious! Don’t be afraid to leave an ingredient out of the dressing also need be. The must haves are lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Anything else can totally be adjusted!

simple quick recipe
2 pans
1.5 to 2 cups rice (option use beef broth instead of water)
1 large can of Beef stew
cook rice in 1 pan
heat stew in other (this should be a larger pan)
mix Rice and Stew together
20 mins
These are all so dynamite! I want to try the Skinny Chicken Parmesan, I haven’t made it in ages b/c it is not as healthy as this recipe!
