Get ready to have all your dinner issues solved! I partnered with Gobble to show you how you can get a delicious meal on the table in 15 minutes or less. Plus, keep reading because I’m giving five of you a chance to win!
Getting a healthy dinner on the table in under 15 minutes probably isn’t that hard..if you know how to cook and have time to shop for the right ingredients. Me? I am not a cook. My husband and my mom do all the cooking. My mom works from home, too, so she doesn’t have a slew of time to whip up healthy meals. My husband eats a huge variety of foods that my son and I just won’t touch because we’re so picky. Mealtime is kind of a nightmare in our house. I seriously feel like crying when someone says “what’s for dinner.”
Meal kit subscription services are pretty popular right now, probably because so many of us are in the same boat. We either kind of like cooking but don’t have the time, or kind of hate cooking (and still don’t have the time). While there are many great options out there, I haven’t seen many that promise to get my dinner on the table in 15 minutes or less AND let me kind of customize the meal to my liking…until Gobble.
What is Gobble?
Gobble is s subscription service that delivers fresh and fast ingredients to create a one-pan dinner that ANYONE can cook in under 15 minutes. Every recipe has just three foolproof steps. No shopping and no chopping. All the high-quality, fresh ingredients that you need come right in the box. You can try everything from classic favorites to an array of world cuisine.
Chicken Tikka Masala from Gobble
We received two different meal kits: a crusted Salmon and a Chicken Tikka Masala. We made the Chicken Tikka Masala for this post. By we, I mean Rich, because I know how to delegate. Everything you need comes conveniently labeled in bags. Just follow the three steps on the recipe card and voila, dinner is on the table in 15 minutes!
The Chicken Tikka Masala came out delicious. It had just the right amount of spice that mingled perfectly with the creamy yogurt and tomato sauce. All we needed to provide was the pot to cook it in, the utensils to prepare it and the dishes to serve it on. It also came with a Kale and Garbanzo Salad that my husband really loved. He particularly liked the dressing, so now I’m on a mission to find out what kind it was.
Worried that you’ll get something you hate? Don’t. You get to customize your weekly menu to your liking. Plus, when the food arrives, you can customize it even further. For example, I can’t stand rice. It freaks me out (I’m a strange person). My mom eats it, though. When it came to plating our meal, I just left the rice off my plate and kept it on hers. My husband doesn’t eat bread (I know, weird, right?). No problem! We left the naan off his plate and, well, doubled up on it on mine because that stuff is delicious!
It’s as easy to order Gobble, as it is to make it. Visit Gobble.com to view the weekly dinner options and choose a preferred delivery day. Gobble currently delivers on the West coast but they are expanding nationally this summer.
