Last night, I was really craving something chocolately, but I didn’t feel like running to the store to grab something. I found a site, SuperCook, that lets you plug in the ingredients you have on hand, and it returns a list of everything you can make with those ingredients. I had cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and eggs, but since I’m not exactly much of a creative cook, I had no idea what I could do with them. One of the recipes that came up was from for Chocolate Brownie Cookies from RecipeZaar. I changed it a bit to make it a little sweeter, and I’m actually pretty proud that my slight modifications went over well, considering I’ve never improvised much before on a recipe.
