2.Atlas Obscura Page-A-Day Calendar 2020
I’m definitely keeping this one for myself! Every single day, you’ll discover a new natural wonder, strange geographical location , legendary site (like Germany’s Unicorn Cave), weird festivals and more. It’s a perfect gift for that friend who loves the truly wacky and weird. Like me! I can’t wait for 2020 so I can open it up (I’m superstitious about starting new calendars before the year begins).

3.Atlas Obscura Wall Calendar
If you prefer to learn your weird facts from a wall calendar, this one gives you all the fun of the one above but in a condensed version. While it’s not quite as loaded with facts, the illustrations are absolutely beautiful. The calendar grids are large enough to jot down important reminders, but they blend in beautifully with the artwork. The whole effect is quite lovely!

4. These Are the Days 17-Month Large Planner
I received two planners in my ginormous box of Workman Calendars. This one and the next one. It was super hard to decide which to use for myself and which to give as a gift, but this is the one I picked. First, since it’s a 17-monther, I could start using it right away (no superstitions to stop me!). Second, it’s large enough for my massive daily to-do lists. I need something with enough space for appointments and birthdays as well as my writing and editing tasks for my own site and my clients’ sites. Plus, it reminds me of my childhood in the 80s. Oh, and all those wonderful stickers! Long story short, this is pretty much the ultimate planner.

Plus, all throughout the year, you’ll find inspirational prompts to help you embrace the little things in life. This one is going to my friend who
